Modern caps like this are made with an inner plastic liner, similar to those found in a shower cap. This means the swim cap will not pull on the hair, and is very quick and easy to put on and take off.

As swim caps are necessarily close fitting personal items, for reasons of hygiene they cannot be returned or refunded. Please take this into account when choosing the style, colour and fit, e.g. does the cap need to have adjustable sizing or will a stretchy standard size be fine.
